Fuck shifting

SO I wanted to build a sick single speed, and I used my Bontrager to do so, this and the previous post have some good pics of it. I got this bike new in 95 or 96, from University Bicycles in Boulder Co where I worked when I was a middle school kid.
ENO rear hub, want the front to match at some point
17 tooth rear sexness of WI rear freewheel EPP from REI thank you very much (Never pay retail!!)
new ENO Cranks!! Got them blacked out with a 34 tooth chain ring for the flat lands out here.
Finally went tubeless, good shit too, can run much lower pressure on these even as a fat kid
Here she is so far. the following list is what I want to upgrade..

Bars, have no name BS bars, want something like the Monkey lite bars (with 30.something clasp)
Fork, have Judy SL, looking for 1 inch SID with longer steertube (email me if you have one)
stem want 140 carbon stem with larger clasp for new bars above.
Front Hub, Blacked out WI ENO Disc hub, XTR is hot but WI ENO matching hubs with front disc would be awesome.
Rear Hub, WI ENO Blacked out, non-flip-flop. Having a bike that can be fixed or free is cool, but it's a little weighty, and really I'd just convert my schwinn s-30 full suspension to the chrome one I have now with the XTR hub up front.... why not :)

YOUR BIKE SUCKS!!!!

OK, so what we have here is one of the final phases of the Bontrager build. as I have enough cash I am prodealing parts from REI. latest is ENO Cranks and White Industries free wheel (17 tooth).

PanCross

Next project for Mary. I got this bike from a buddies dad back in Colorado, Mary picked up a fork with canti posts, and we are looking for a frame builder that will TIG some rear canti post on the frame, maybe Bob Brown? not sure up for suggestions
This is the TIME from other posts, I love it, but she is hung for the winter, not enough clearance for good enough winter tires. it needs so fit time, and some tuning but all and all one sexy ride. and mom don't worry this one didn't cost as much as it says on the net (about 5500)
Her Time, hotness!! Cross bike, had alot of love this season, enough that it needs to be torn down and gone over, but she still rides to work on this even when the snow is 2+ deep.

These are great hand built carbon bikes, both well under 18 pounds. both race fit bikes. only differences is that I don't race mine! maybe next year.
This is the spare bedroom/shop. we have a few bikes here, about 6. they sleep here, mostly.
more sleeping giants, the fully suspension bikes up front (3 My Fisher, her Cruz, and my SS Schwinn) there is a few road bikes in there somewhere
top view of the loft for guests, and the snowboards and skis that wait for more snow
better pics of the bikes bed and snow,
that me on one foot picking up my 1 dollar pay check

Pics of the projects and apartment

THis is the Jamis winter build with new Time cranks, super heavy bike, super light cranks. still need to get the right spacer for it.
Her Bontrager, got it for her for her birthday, nice bike, she stole the cranks from my Jamis hence the Time crank fitting project,
My Bontrager, unlike Marys this is a true pre-Trek Bontrager. which means 1 inch steertube, and no one makes new forks for it, so the Judy stays. I am going to take it in to B. Rose at shockspital for a rebuild and fat boy overhaul. I just put on some sick White Indy cranks and 17 tooth freewheel for some more bike sex.
hells bells it's the living room. Mary picked all the furnishings, I put up the bikes, and got to pick the TV :)
More living room, we keep the awesome bikes in the living room
one more pic of a better all around view. this is where I will spend most of my winter when I am not at work.
